Installing the WooCommerce Extension

Install the WooCommerce extension in your WordPress site to link WooCommerce products to teams and surface a Store section on team pages. Confirm the following before activating.

Requirements

  • WordPress with WooCommerce installed and active

  • SportsPress 2.3 or newer (free or Pro)

  • The woocommerce-for-sportspress.zip file from your ThemeBoy account

Steps

  1. Activate WooCommerce first if you haven't already.

  2. Activate SportsPress.

  3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

  4. Upload woocommerce-for-sportspress.zip.

  5. Click Install Now, then Activate.

The plugin uses TGM Plugin Activation to verify both dependencies. If WooCommerce or SportsPress is missing, you'll see a notice prompting installation before the integration's hooks register.

Verification

  1. Go to Products → All Products and edit any product. Confirm a SportsPress meta box appears for assigning the product to teams.

  2. Edit any team at SportsPress → Teams. Confirm the team page (frontend) eventually renders a Store section once at least one product is linked.

License key

If you purchased the extension through ThemeBoy, the plugin stores the license key under the sportspress_woocommerce_license_key option. The key drives automatic update notifications via the EDD updater. Enter your key when prompted on first activation, or via the licensing area provided by your ThemeBoy purchase.
