Install SportsPress for Golf in your WordPress site to apply golf-specific terminology, hole tracking, par totals, and strokes-vs-par equation variables. Confirm the following before activating.

The <code>sportspress-for-golf.zip</code> file from your ThemeBoy account

- SportsPress 2.3 or newer (free or Pro)
- The <code>sportspress-for-golf.zip</code> file from your ThemeBoy account

Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Upload <code>sportspress-for-golf.zip</code>.

Click Install Now, then Activate.

1. Confirm SportsPress is active.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload <code>sportspress-for-golf.zip</code>.
4. Click Install Now, then Activate.

The plugin uses TGM Plugin Activation to verify the SportsPress dependency.

Go to SportsPress → Configure — confirm golf-specific result types are loaded.

Open the WordPress admin menu — confirm the SportsPress submenu shows "Rounds" rather than "Events", and "Leaderboards" rather than "League Tables".

Create a round (event) and confirm a Holes field appears in the round details meta box.
