Football Club

A mature, full-featured WordPress theme built specifically for football clubs and leagues.

Compatibility

Built for SportsPress and SportsPress Pro. The theme declares add_theme_support( 'sportspress' ) so SportsPress template overrides load from the theme's sportspress/ directory. WooCommerce template overrides are also bundled, and theme support is declared for mega-slider, social-sidebar, and news-widget to integrate with ThemeBoy's bundled plugins.

Design

Football Club is the longest-maintained ThemeBoy theme. Its visual style is corporate and minimal — a dark navigation bar (#333), red accent for highlights, and consistent box-shadow depth on content panels. The container is 1000px wide to feel generous on club pages with deep tables and squad lists.

The layout is fully responsive, so the design adapts to phone, tablet, and desktop breakpoints. Content width defaults to 1000px in the Customizer and can be increased up to 2000px through Appearance → Customize → Layout.
