Sponsors Settings

This feature is part of SportsPress Pro.
Requires the Sponsors module to be active.
The Sponsors module adds a sp_sponsor post type and displays sponsors in two locations: a floating overlay in the page header area, and a full-width bar in the page footer. Both areas have independent settings.
Sponsor Options
Impressions — Exclude logged-in users — When enabled, page views by logged-in users are not counted as impressions for analytics purposes. (Default: disabled)
Clicks — Exclude logged-in users — When enabled, clicks on sponsor links by logged-in users are not counted. (Default: disabled)
Visit Site — Open link in a new window/tab — When a sponsor has a website URL set, opens it in a new browser tab rather than navigating away from the current page. (Default: disabled)
Header
The header sponsor area is a floating overlay that appears in the upper-right corner of the page.
Display — Number of sponsors to show in the header area. Set to 0 to hide the header sponsor area. (Default: 3 sponsors)
Sort by — How sponsors are ordered in the header area:
Menu Order — uses the "Order" value from the sponsor's Attributes panel in the editor
Date — sorted by publish date
Name — sorted alphabetically by sponsor name
Random — randomized on each page load
(Default: Menu Order)
Sort Order — Ascending or Descending. (Default: Ascending)
Logo — Max Width — Maximum width for sponsor logos in the header area. (Default: 128 px)
Logo — Max Height — Maximum height for sponsor logos in the header area. (Default: 64 px)
Position — Top — Offset from the top of the viewport in pixels. (Default: 10 px)
Position — Right — Offset from the right edge of the viewport in pixels. (Default: 10 px)
Footer
The footer sponsor area is a full-width section appended to the page before the WordPress footer.
Title — A heading displayed above the footer sponsor logos. Leave blank for no heading. (Default: empty)
Display — Number of sponsors to show in the footer area. (Default: 20 sponsors)
Sort by — How sponsors are ordered in the footer area:
Menu Order
Date
Name
Random
(Default: Menu Order)
Sort Order — Ascending or Descending. (Default: Ascending)
Logo — Max Width — Maximum width for sponsor logos in the footer area. (Default: 256 px)
Logo — Max Height — Maximum height for sponsor logos in the footer area. (Default: 128 px)
Text Color — Text color for the footer area title. (Default: #363f48)
Background Color — Background color for the entire footer sponsor area. (Default: #f4f4f4)
